When TrialTime acts on behalf of a clinical research site, healthcare provider, sponsor, or other covered entity, PHI may be collected, stored, transmitted, and processed in accordance with applicable HIPAA requirements and applicable research regulations.

Your clinical research site or healthcare provider may provide you with a separate Notice of Privacy Practices that governs how your PHI is used and disclosed.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. TrialTime does not store complete payment card numbers unless required and permitted by law.

· TrialTime is not providing medical care. 

· Emergency situations should be directed to 911 or the participant's physician. 

· Study participation is governed by the informed consent form signed with the research site. 

· TrialTime acts as a technology platform supporting research sites and sponsors. 

· Compensation tracking and virtual stipend cards are administered by participating research organizations and payment vendors.
